The Don Rider Award: The 2023 winner is Michael Carter, City Manager of Sand Springs.
2023 Innovations Award for communities under 5,000 winner: Town of Hochatown for their CERT Safety initiative.
2023 Innovations Award for communities over 5,000 winner: City of Weatherford for their Heritage Park-Yes Weatherford 2020.
The Jeff Shockley Award: The 2023 winner is Mike Brown, Mayor of Weatherford.
